Searching For The Jan Soul Rebels
Incl. taxes (plus applicable )
Together with the Sam Ragga Band, Beginner frontman Jan Delay produced an album that permanently changed the German pop landscape. Never before had reggae with German lyrics been so authentic, so bold, and so successful. With his interpretation of Nena's hit “Irgendwie, Irgendwo, Irgendwann” (Somehow, Somewhere, Sometime), Jan Delay made his breakthrough outside the hip-hop community and followed up in 2001 with “Searching For Jan Soul Rebels.” Jan Delay shows himself to be a sharp-tongued critic and cynic. Songs like “Ich Möchte Nicht, dass Ihr Meine Lieder Singt” and “Vergiftet” polarize, but despite their radical lyrics, they became veritable hits. Guest musicians include Xavier Naidoo, D-Flame, Dennis Dubplate (Absolute Beginner), King Rocko Schamoni, and Sam Semilia
